Of course. We’ll provide references of jobs we have installed—not just recent ones but older jobs too. This will prove our expertise and show you how well our projects hold up over time.

Do you have a Show Room I can visit? 
Yes! We have 2 (two) established showrooms where you can visit, and see the various pavers and designs at your leisure. You're more than welcome to visit our Show Room offices located at:

East Coast Showroom: 2076 J & C Boulevard, Naples - FL 34109, telephone number (239) 254-8600.

Do you Guarantee your work? 
Yes! We provide a written guarantee. The pavers come with a lifetime manufacturer’s warranty and we provide a 1 year warranty on installation.

How are our products packaged? 
Wooden pallets and plastic film shrink with strapping are used in packaging.

Will I receive a written scope of the work to be performed? 
Yes! We do not begin the job without a written plan and proper drawing showing the area to be paved. We will clearly state in the agreement what you are paying for and the various steps involved.

How long does product orders takes for delivery? 
Normally 5 to 8 weeks upon confirmation from manufacture.

Do you have proper Insurance and do you carry worker's compensation insurance? 
Yes! Unlike some competitors, we thoroughly protect our customers by providing general liability and worker’s compensation insurance.

How are shipping arrangements made? 
We don't normally deliver ordered products. This means that although we can deliver smaller product orders. We do make all the shipping arrangements for you at no extra cost, however the buyer still has to pay for all freight costs.
